“A wine-yard, saved from the grubbing-up, gives us an amazing wine”
A challenge previously started to save the vines and then carried on to create a wine that is unique in both our region and Italy. Every year its development surprises us for its quality and hints. An appealing, soft wine with an impenetrable color and “fruity notes” (Wild berries, Cherry…), “floreal notes” (Violet…) and unexpected undertones that remind of further fragrances of leather and spices.
Excellent when matched with raw or under-cooked meat. First courses such as pasta with traditional sauces (Carbonara, Amatriciana). Grilled meat. Very good also with Pizza and Semi-aged cheeses.
