Poggio Lupo
Poggio Lupo Farm is located in the municipality of Allerona (Terni province) in the Umbria region just north of Orvieto, in a land still uncontaminated and particularly suitable for the cultivation of grapes and olives trees. This land is characterized by the presence of clay-sandy soils dated back to lower middle sized Pliocene. The farm covers an area of 70 hectares on an altitude difference between 220 and 350 m a.s.l. The vineyard is located in a natural amphitheater with a south-east exposure that allows a great solar irradiation throughout the day.
Grapes: Procanico, Grechetto, Drupeggio, Verdello, Malvasia, Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Cannaiolo e Sangiovese.

“…respecting the land and the culture has driven us to the choice of giving “new” life to a forgotten historic land, still full of surprises. We work on the “rediscovery” of indigenous and international grapes in our territory. We make this possible by focusing only on the highest quality and respecting the wine and the uniqueness of the environment.” Only the Nature knows what we are supposed to do.
